After the success of Harrap’s Whitsun motets and Mass for St. Michaels Jesuit church in Munich for this year’s Pentecost, he was commissioned to write the Processional  for large orchestra.
The premiere will be conducted by Dr. Frank Höndgen at the conclusion of the service on Sunday, the 29th of September.
The service, which is for the feast of St. Michael, begins at 9.00 am.
The choir will also perform the St. Cecilia mass of C. Gounod

Announcement: Premiere "Veni creator spiritus" Munich

The "Veni creator spiritus" motets by Stephen Harrap will be premiered under the direction of Dr. Frank Höndgen in Munich at 9.00 a.m. in the Jesuit church St. Michael on Whitmonday (Pfingsmontag) the 20th. of May.
Dr. Höndgen will also conduct Harrap's Michaelsmesse during the service.
Harrap's "Veni Creator Spiritus, O Holy Ghost" motet will be sung by the Choir of Clare College Cambridge during the corporate communion under the direction of Graham Ross on Whitsunday, the 19tj. of May in Clare College at 6.00 p.m.
You are heartily invited to listen to one of these services, as you will not be able to make both!
